In addition to their set at The Winter Gardens, the quartet will appear at Avalanche Records the following day (Tuesday 15th) to sign copies of ‘Vivarium’ Avalanche Records can be found at 34 Dundas Street, Glasgow, G1 2AQ, and can be contacted direct on 0141 332 2099.

Finally, to mark the reissuing of The Beatles’ albums, Twin Atlantic have recorded a studio version of Beatles’ classic, ‘Let It Be’, having performed the cover for the first time last week on their BBC Radio Scotland session for Vic Galloway. You can hear their spin on the track for one day only on the bands MySpace page at http://www.myspace.com/twinatlantic

“There’s something gloriously impassioned about Sam McTrusty’s vocals. Yearning, searching, hoping and, above all, real. It’s a trait reflected in the music his band make. Inventive and thrusting it always goes somewhere, building from pointed beginnings into something more transcendent.” – Kerrang!

“Twin Atlantic are one of the most exciting bands you’ll hear for some time. This debut mini-album is surely the beginning of great things.” – Rock Sound
